The amount will be deducted from your account, once the purchased item(s) leaves our stock.

 

Delivery

Our office is located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

All domestic packages will be delivered by GLS.
Packages to European countries will be delivered by GLS or PostNord.

Delivery time for orders within Denmark is 1-2 days
Shipping fee is:
To your local pick-up point 35 DKK
To your door 53 DKK

Europe
Delivery time for orders within Europe is expected to be 3-5 days 
Shipping fee varies from country to country.

 

If you regret your purchase (withdrawal)

You have 14 days to cancel when you shop with us. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you; a) receive your product b) receive the last goods, if the ordered is delivered separately c) get the last lot or the last part of a good, when the good is consisting of multiple lots or pieces 

You must, within 14 days of receipt notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by: info@resoluteco.dk.
In your message, make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it with the return. You will find it enclosed at the bottom of this document. 
You cannot return the goods by simply rejecting it without giving us clear communication on this on: info@resoluteco.dk.

Return

Should you, against all expectations want return your purchased item, you need to send your order back to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you have received your package and notified us about the exchange. You have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. When you return an item, you are responsible for those goods are packed safely. You bear the risk from the time of delivery of the goods.  The cost for the return is expected no more than 50 DKK.. We do not offer returnlabels. 

The condition of the goods, when you send it back.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the product is tested further than what is described above, we consider it as used, which means, that you get none of the purchase amount back.

Refund of the purchase amount.

If you regret your purchase, you get of course the amount you have paid us back. In case of an impairment, which you are liable to, it will be deducted from the purchase amount. We will return the amount without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless you have supplied us with evidence of having sent back the goods. If you regret your purchase, the item must be sent to:

You can also refund the goods by giving clear message and deliver it in person at the above address. 

If there is something wrong with the product (guarantee)

When you shop at www.resoluteco.dk you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you get either the item repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not due to misuse of the product or other injurious behavior.

How soon should I advertise?
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you advertise within two months after you have discovered the defect, the claim is always timely.
We will refund reasonable freight costs. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must be sent to:

When sending items to us we need the following information; please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible. 
Remember that the product always should be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

What do we do with your personal information (privacy policy)?

For you to enter an agreement with us, we need the following information: Name Address Phone E- mail address. We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you. Personal information is registered with Resolute Co. and kept for five years, after which the data are deleted. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens when submitting your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. The director of Resolute Co. ApS has access to the information recorded about you. The controller on www.resoluteco.dk is the director, Elias Borregaard. We do not store customer data encrypted and we do not transmit customer data encrypted. Information provided to www.resoluteco.dk are not disclosed or sold in any way to third parties and we will not record any sensitive personal information. 

As registered with Resolute Co. ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect the information recorded about you. The Act of Privacy secures these rights and all inquiries must be directed to Elias Borregaard (director) via e-mail info@resoluteco.dk.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about your purchase, please contact us on info@resoluteco.dk. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant boards in the area, if the conditions are fulfilled.
